Before-sale
The businessmen need to actively introduce our products to the customers in our sales activities. It offers the product data, samples etc. which are required by the customers so that they can have a comprehensive knowledge to our product information as far as possible. It gives the timely and satisfactory reply to various questions and worries from the customers. When it is demanded by the customers, the technical will give them the more detailed consult service. It shall well-do the contract revision and signing according to the demands from “The Product Requirements Definition and Assessment Control Standard”.

Mid-sale
After signing the Contract, we will change the customer’s trust to the dynamic force. We further communicate with the clients, furnish them with the best design scheme, produce the superior goods. It checks the consigned goods by the final products warehouse inspectors as per “The Products Protection & Control Program” in consigning the goods. It promptly delivers the goods to the designated place. It assigns the professional installation staff to provide the customers with various technical services in the site installation. It gets the irregular tour-inspection to avoid the man-made damage.

After-sale
After the completion of the product installation, and the products pass the check before acceptance, it enters into the after-sale service stage. Our after-sale service objective is “the products are our daughters. We will always regard them as the precious treasure.” It provides vast customers with the positive, superior and value-added service. The After-Sale Service Dept. handles the customers’ complaint. It analyses the causes, puts forward the disposal counter measures, immediately executes the solutions. It irregularly pays the return visits to the clients and timely solves the difficulties for them in the using process. It issues “An Investigation Table to the Customers’ Satisfaction Degree” according to the requirements of “The Measuring Program of the Customers’ Satisfaction Degree”. It extensively asks the clients’ opinions and improves the product quality & service.
